Free Trial, Subscription and Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

Eligible new users may receive a free trial of iPoW VPN. No payment is required during the free trial period.

When the free trial expires, the service will not be renewed or charged automatically. Users who wish to continue using the service must purchase a subscription manually.

2. Monthly Subscription

The current monthly subscription fee is 3.99 USDC. Subscription prices may be adjusted in the future. Any new price will apply only to purchases made after the updated price becomes effective.

Once payment has been successfully completed, the corresponding Level 1 and Level 2 community rewards are distributed immediately. Therefore, the monthly subscription fee is non-refundable after payment, regardless of whether the user has used the service.

The subscription will remain active until the end of the paid monthly period.

3. Annual Subscription

The current annual subscription fee is 39.99 USDC. Annual subscription prices may be adjusted in the future. Any new price will apply only to purchases made after the updated price becomes effective.

If an annual subscriber requests and qualifies for a refund, the applicable one-month subscription fee at the time of purchase will be deducted because the corresponding Level 1 and Level 2 community rewards have already been distributed.

Based on the current prices, the refundable amount is: 39.99 USDC - 3.99 USDC = 36.00 USDC.

If subscription prices change, the refundable amount will be calculated using the annual and monthly prices applicable at the time of purchase.

After the refund is processed, the annual subscription will be converted into a one-month subscription. The user may continue using the service until the end of the first monthly period, calculated from the original annual subscription payment date.

4. No Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are not renewed automatically. After the current subscription period expires, users must manually purchase a new subscription to continue using the service.

5. Applicable Law

This Refund Policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
